1. Eligibility & Account Registration

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or state of residence.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Product Information & Pricing

Anime Figure Specifications: We make every effort to display the colors, details, and packaging of our figures as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings.
Handmade & Batch Variations: You acknowledge that mass-produced anime figures may have minor, unavoidable factory variations (e.g., slight paint variations, minor box creases from transit). These are not considered manufacturer defects.
Pricing: We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Pre-Orders & Cancellations

Pre-Order Schedule: Release dates for pre-order figures are determined by the manufacturers and are subject to delays. Estimated shipping times listed on our Site are approximations only.
Payment for Pre-Orders: Payment is collected at the time the pre-order is placed to secure your allocation.
Cancellation Policy: Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded once processed, as allocations are locked in directly with manufacturers. Please order with certainty.

4. Shipping, Customs, & Delivery

Shipping Address: You are solely responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for packages lost or misdelivered due to incorrect shipping details.
Tracking Numbers: Tracking numbers will be provided once your package leaves our warehouse. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking portals to update.
Import Duties & Taxes: For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for all local customs duties, import taxes, and VAT levied by the destination country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items

Damaged or Defective Items: If your figure arrives with severe transit damage or major manufacturer defects (e.g., broken limbs, missing parts), you must contact us at [daihh9881@gmail.com] within 7 days of delivery with unboxing photos or videos.
Collectible Packaging: We pack all collectibles securely; however, the outer product box is designed purely to protect the figure inside. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for minor dents or creases on the external packaging box.
Return Policy: For eligible returns, items must be unopened, in their original sealed plastic blister pack and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the Site or its content:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
To infringe upon our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of the respective anime copyright holders.
To upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other type of malicious code.

In no event shall FIGURE FANTASY, our directors, employees, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of any of our products or the Site.
