1. Order Processing Time

  • Pre-Order Items: Pre-order items will ship as soon as they become available. Estimated release and shipping dates are provided on the respective product pages. Please note that release dates are subject to manufacturer changes.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Times

We offer worldwide shipping to most international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and your location:

3. Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our warehouse, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you containing a tracking number and a tracking link. You can also monitor your package directly on our website via the [Track Your Order] page.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Figure Fantasy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). Please check with your local customs office for detailed information before purchasing.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take extra care in packaging your figures with heavy-duty bubble wrap and reinforced boxes to ensure safe transit.

  • Please include your Order Number, clear photos of the shipping box, and photos of the damaged product so we can assist you with a replacement or claim right away.

6. Address Corrections & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

  • If you notice an error in your address, please email us immediately. We can only modify the address before the package is shipped.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient address details, or failure to pick up the package from the local post office, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fees.
