Q1: Are your figures 100% authentic/genuine? A: Yes, absolutely. We guarantee that all products sold on our website are 100% official, licensed, and authentic items sourced directly from manufacturers or authorized global distributors. We do not sell bootlegs, counterfeits, or replicas.

Q2: How do you package figures to prevent damage during shipping? A: As collectors ourselves, we understand the importance of box condition. We take extra care by wrapping every figure box in thick, heavy-duty bubble wrap and shipping it in a sturdy, reinforced outer cardboard box with eco-friendly filler to minimize movement during transit.

Q3: What does “Pre-Order” mean? A: Pre-ordering allows you to reserve a highly anticipated figure before its official release. Payment is collected at the time of checkout to secure your allocation. The estimated shipping date is listed on the product page.

Q4: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept major international credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and secure checkout via PayPal and Stripe.

🔄 CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
